Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who we are

Sunita's Kitchen is a pure vegetarian cloud kitchen owned and run by Sunita Soni (Proprietor) at 2/136, Saket Nagar Housing Board, Saket Nagar, Beawar, Rajasthan 305901. All refunds are approved and issued by the owner.

Cancellation

A cancellation request is accepted only if it reaches us before we start cooking your order. Once preparation has begun, or the order has been packed or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, call or WhatsApp us immediately on +91 79763 77077.

Freshly cooked food is a perishable item, so we generally do not accept cancellation requests after preparation starts. Scheduled (pre-booked) orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the selected slot.

Quality complaints

If the food delivered is damaged, spilled, incorrect or not of acceptable quality, please report it to us on the same day of delivery, ideally within 2 hours of receiving the order, with photographs where possible. Our team will review the complaint and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement of the item or a refund.

If an item you ordered is unavailable and we cannot deliver it, we will inform you and refund the amount paid for that item in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original UPI ID or payment method used for the order. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval and usually reflect within 3–5 working days in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Packaging and delivery charges for an order that was already dispatched are not refundable.
