Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sunita's Kitchen is a pure vegetarian cloud kitchen. We do not ship physical goods by courier — we prepare and deliver freshly cooked food locally in Beawar, Rajasthan.
Who delivers your order
Orders are prepared and dispatched by Sunita's Kitchen, owned by Sunita Soni (Proprietor), 2/136, Saket Nagar Housing Board, Saket Nagar, Beawar, Rajasthan 305901.
Delivery area
We deliver within Beawar city, up to about 8 km from our kitchen at 2/136, Saket Nagar Housing Board, Saket Nagar, Beawar, Rajasthan 305901. Areas covered include Saket Nagar, Ajmer Road, Bada Bazaar, Pali Road, Shastri Nagar, Mission Compound and Nehru Gate. If your address falls outside our range, our team will call you and refund the order in full.
Delivery timings
Orders are accepted and delivered between 9:30 am and 10:30 pm, all seven days. Food is cooked fresh after your order is confirmed, so typical delivery takes 40–45 minutes depending on distance, weather and kitchen load. Scheduled (pre-booked) orders are delivered in the time slot you select at checkout.
Delivery & packaging charges
A packaging charge of ₹20 and a delivery charge of ₹40 apply per order. Delivery is free on orders above ₹399. Self-pickup from the kitchen has no delivery charge. All charges are shown clearly in the cart before you pay — there are no hidden fees.
Order tracking
You receive status updates on WhatsApp — order received, food packed and out for delivery — along with a tracking link for live status. You can also check your orders any time under “My account”.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If nobody is available at the delivery address or the phone number is unreachable, the rider waits up to 10 minutes and then returns the order to the kitchen; such orders are not refundable as the food is perishable. If we are unable to deliver for any reason on our side, the order is refunded in full as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
